Tom has worked as a professional journalist and editor, with a specialism in film, for over five years.

He is currently the film editor at i-D magazine, and also contributes to The Guardian G2, The Guardian Guide, Film3Sixty, Empire, The British Journal of Photography, Yahoo, Lovefilm, The Jewish Chronicle, The List, The Skinny, Vice’s Noisey and Grolsch Film Works.

He has previously worked as a commissioning editor at movieScope, Little White Lies and IdeasTap, and continues to write for them too.

Tom has accrued project management and copywriting experience at The Church of London creative agency, practical experience at Studio of the North production company and festival experience at Sheffield Documentary Film Festival. Production credits include Knut Asdam’s installation piece Abyss and Clio Barnard’s BAFTA-nominated The Arbor.

Interviews include Daniel Radcliffe, Danny Boyle, Amber Heard, Brit Marling, Simon Pegg, David Cronenberg and Idris Elba.
